We all have qualities that make us unique, and when we don't recognize this, insecurity can overwhelm our lives, causing us to disconnect from our essence.

With these three secrets, you will have the tools to know what to do when insecurity arises.

  1. BELIEVE IN YOUR “INNER STRENGTH” DESPITE THE DOUBTS, FEAR OF FAILURE AND PAIN YOU EXPECT TO FEEL.

Doubts, fear of failure, and emotional pain are natural human emotions when you face a new and unfamiliar situation.

Keep in mind that any change causes a sense of insecurity and questions like:

Do I do it or don't?, Is this for the better?, Will I be happy?, Will I be able to get through it if I fail?

Remember that it is normal that these questions come to your mind, even if it is because of the instinct we have and with which we are born with of self-protection, BUT in those moments you can try to relax, take a deep breath, and look for the strength within yourself.

Be clear that you have the psychological and emotional power to overcome your insecurity!

  2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HELPS YOU OVERCOME INSECURITY.

The best way to build your personality and character, to learn to be disciplined and to increase your self-confidence is through sports.

It does not necessarily have to be a sport, you can also go to the gym, play with your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, dogs, etc.... The objective here is that you act in benefit of both your physical and mental health. Developing and practicing a physical activity increases your motor skills and also creates a skilled and loved mental self-image, increasing self-appreciation and showing love with self-care actions.

  3. SMILE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Smiling is a powerful tool that is always with you and can significantly improve your overall well-being and your interactions with the world, so don't hesitate to let your smile shine!

Improve your mood by smiling, your brain releases endorphins, dopamine and serotonin, which are neurotransmitters associated with happiness and the reduction of pain and stress. Even if the smile is not genuine at first, the physical act of smiling can trick your brain into feeling happier.

Reduce stress by smiling, as it helps you lower levels of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. It can also speed up your physiological recovery after a stressful situation by lowering your heart rate and blood pressure.

You can relieve pain by smiling, the endorphins released when you smile act as natural painkillers, which can help you feel less pain.
